Aformity provides a workflow for SaaS onboarding teams to validate, clean, and transform customer data before it is imported into a target system. It accepts raw data files, applies configurable validation rules, and performs transformations such as column mapping, type conversion, and deduplication, producing a structured output that matches the import requirements of the destination SaaS application. The tool is intended for users who manage large volumes of heterogeneous customer records and need to reduce manual data‑preparation effort.

The interface allows users to define schemas and transformation pipelines, then run the process to generate import‑ready files in a short time. By automating common data‑quality checks and format conversions, Aformity aims to streamline the onboarding pipeline and lower the risk of errors during bulk imports. The project is currently in an experimental stage, offering core functionality for data validation and conversion without extensive production‑grade features.
