Agno

Agno

Open-source platform that enables developers to create, deploy and monitor AI agents with built-in memory, knowledge integration, and external tool connectivity.

Agno provides a runtime environment for turning AI agents into production services. It lets developers build agents with any framework and then serve them through a stateless FastAPI backend that supports sessions, tracing, scheduling, and role‑based access control. The platform includes an SDK for adding memory, knowledge bases, guardrails and more than a hundred tool integrations, and a control‑plane UI (AgentOS) for testing, monitoring, and managing agents.

Typical usage involves defining an agent—such as a coding assistant, a Claude‑based bot, or a LangGraph or DSPy workflow—configuring its tools and permissions, and wrapping it with AgentOS to expose a full API. The generated service offers dozens of endpoints, streaming responses, persistent session isolation, OpenTelemetry tracing, and optional human‑approval flows.

The system is open‑source and stable, with documentation, quick‑start guides, and a web UI for interacting with agents, inspecting runs, and handling scheduling and access control. It is aimed at developers who need to deploy, monitor, and control AI‑driven agents in production environments.
