auto-mcs
Cross-platform Minecraft server manager.
The tool offers a self‑hosted, cross‑platform solution for creating and managing Minecraft servers without manual installation or port‑forwarding. Users can spin up a server in under a minute, import existing worlds or modpacks, and switch between versions, distributions, or modloaders such as Paper, Purpur, Fabric, Quilt, NeoForge, Forge, Spigot, CraftBukkit, and Vanilla. Integrated with playit.gg, it provides a simple way for friends to connect, while a remote‑access feature (Telepath) enables management from elsewhere.
Administration is handled through a graphical console that includes a universal scripting API, an IDE, backup automation, crash reporting, and a firewall‑style access‑control panel for operators, bans, and whitelists. The built‑in Modrinth browser lets users search, install, and update mods and plugins directly, and the server.properties file can be edited within the interface.
The project is released under AGPL‑3.0, requires no subscription, and can be run from a extracted zip, Docker container, or compiled from source. It targets Minecraft players and server administrators who want a quick, free, and extensible way to host and maintain servers for friends or communities.
