Billings Pro lets users create invoices, estimates, quotes and track billable time on macOS, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Estimates can be built from templates and edited on the spot, with options for time‑based, fixed‑price, quantity, expense or project‑based pricing. Time tracking captures seconds of work, supports multiple projects, custom billing increments and generates simple reports by project, client or team member.

Invoices are generated from chosen templates, incorporating time and expense entries, and can be sent from any Apple device. The app records client payments, overdue status, retainer balances and provides basic account summaries and billing‑billed reports.

All data syncs across the Apple ecosystem, allowing users to start timers on an Apple Watch, draft invoices on an iPad, and manage accounts from a Mac, offering a unified workflow for freelancers and small businesses that need integrated billing and time‑tracking tools.
