The tool lets users input custom dimensions and automatically produces a production‑ready mylar bag dieline. It supports both stand‑up and flat pouches, allows selection of a gusset, and offers options for resealable, child‑resistant, or no zipper. Measurements can be entered in inches, millimetres or centimetres, and the resulting layout includes calculated panel sizes, seal areas, zipper zones and fold lines.

The generated templates are available for download as PDF or SVG files, which can be opened in vector‑editing programs such as Illustrator, Canva, or CorelDraw. This eliminates the need for dedicated packaging software and speeds the creation of accurate packaging artwork for food, supplements, herbs, coffee, cosmetics and other retail products.
