Virtual Lego modelling

Visit

The application lets macOS users design virtual LEGO models using the LDraw library, a community‑maintained collection of 3D brick parts. It provides a drag‑and‑drop interface with access to thousands of parts and the full LEGO colour palette, allowing creators to assemble models without part‑availability concerns. Users can organize constructions into steps and submodels, edit across multiple viewports, and generate flexible elements such as hoses or minifigures.

In addition to building, the program supports the creation of printed building instructions through integration with LPub, and it can export models for rendering with tools like POV‑Ray. The software includes the LDraw part library (2022‑01) or can operate with an external library, and it runs on macOS 10.11 or later as a universal binary for Intel and Apple Silicon.

The project is open source, maintained by its original author, and is offered free of charge. Contributions from developers familiar with Cocoa are welcomed, and users are encouraged to provide feedback via email.
