Browser Actions
Shortcuts for your browser
Browser Actions extends macOS Shortcuts to several desktop browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Vivaldi, Chromium (and Ungoogled Chromium), Brave, and Safari. It adds a set of shortcut actions that let users create, close, focus, and query browser tabs and windows, retrieve tab details such as title, URL, selection, DOM content, and privacy level, and manipulate web pages by clicking elements, filling form fields, running JavaScript, scrolling, and waiting for loading or element availability.
The actions are designed to work uniformly across the supported browsers, so a workflow can be switched between browsers or target the frontmost browser without rebuilding. Additional capabilities include menu‑item queries, AppleScript execution, key‑press simulation, and generic browser reference handling.
The app is targeted at macOS users who automate browser‑related tasks with Shortcuts, providing a stable, subscription‑free solution for macOS 14 and later. Documentation and a community forum are provided for extending the action set.
