CashNotify
Monitor your Stripe and Paypal accounts from your menubar
CashNotify is a macOS menu‑bar utility that connects to Stripe and PayPal via API keys and retrieves payment events in real time. The app polls the accounts every minute while running, and also on demand when the user clicks refresh, presenting new sales, failed payments, payouts and related details directly in the menu bar icon and optional system notifications.
The interface shows a concise dashboard with a net‑revenue graph that reflects earnings after fees, refunds and disputes, and it can display totals in a user‑selected currency. Clicking an event expands its view to include customer information, transaction fees and any application fees, while the payout section indicates estimated dates for funds arriving in the linked bank account.
Designed for freelancers, small business owners and anyone who needs immediate visibility of their online payments, CashNotify aggregates data from multiple Stripe and PayPal accounts, keeping the information private and eliminating the need to log into web dashboards or monitor email alerts.
