Operators configure locations, desks, rooms or beds, set pricing for memberships, day passes and resources, and connect a Stripe account to process payments. The system generates recurring invoices via Stripe Connect, offers real‑time booking and scheduling, and supplies revenue and occupancy reports.

The software is built on a two‑layer architecture: the first layer supports day‑to‑day operations such as bookings, subscriptions and reporting, while the second layer supplies a central identity hub that enables cross‑location login and access for members. An open API allows integration with third‑party tools, and members can self‑onboard through a portal.

Pricing is based on a transaction fee of 2.5 % per Stripe payment, with no monthly subscription or lock‑in contracts. Setup is described as a three‑step process—configure the space, connect Stripe, and go live—typically completed within 30 minutes without requiring consultants or data migrations.
