CrewCue displays a crew’s daily schedule directly on the iPhone lock screen as a Live Activity, showing the current timeslot, countdown, real‑time delays, and urgent notifications without opening the app. Users create a timetable on a web dashboard or by scanning, then invite crew members via email; each member checks in themselves, eliminating per‑event assignments. The lock‑screen widget updates automatically, keeping everyone aware of the plan, any shifts, and emergency messages throughout concerts, festivals, theater productions, corporate events, and similar productions.
