DeckCrew provides a platform for creating AI agents that are tailored to specific business roles such as support, sales, development, website management, and content creation. Each agent is initialized with the company’s own knowledge base, allowing it to generate responses and perform tasks that are grounded in internal information. The system emphasizes an approval‑first workflow: agents must obtain explicit approval before executing actions that could be risky, and all activity is visible in a single dashboard for monitoring and control.

Users set up agents in three steps: they first upload or connect their company context, then select a predefined role that comes with safe defaults, and finally review and test the agent’s output with real prompts. The platform includes templates for common roles, like a “Captain” for coordination and a “Navi” for research, and supports custom role definitions. Metrics such as approval rates, success rates, and rollback rates are displayed to give teams insight into agent performance.
