GPG Suite

GPG Suite bundles a set of macOS tools that let users encrypt, decrypt, sign, and verify email messages and files using the OpenPGP/GPG standard. The package includes GPG Mail, which adds encryption and signing functions directly into the native Mail application, and GPG Keychain, a graphical interface for creating, importing, and managing OpenPGP keys, including uploading public keys to key servers. GPG Services exposes GPG operations through the macOS Services menu, allowing encryption, decryption, signing, and verification of selected text, files, or folders from many applications, while MacGPG provides the underlying command‑line engine based on the latest GnuPG release.

The suite is aimed at macOS users who need to protect communications and data without relying on separate command‑line tools. It offers a simple workflow for generating keys, sharing them, and applying cryptographic operations within familiar applications. Advanced users can still access the raw MacGPG commands for finer control.
