Hipocampus provides a unified operating system for organizations that rely on AI‑driven workflows. It links tools, tasks, decisions, and permissions so AI agents—called operators—can continue work across different parts of the company without rebuilding context each time. The platform maintains a growing memory of documents, emails, and decisions, indexed for vector search, and automatically learns preferences, style, and boundaries, preserving provenance for every recall.

Automation is handled through scheduled, event‑driven, or agent‑triggered recipes that operators execute under human review. Integrations are offered via OAuth for common services such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, and Figma, allowing operators to operate directly on existing workspaces. Each “space” isolates memory, plugins, and participants while still permitting controlled sharing across spaces.

Task management follows a defined lifecycle—backlog, queued, in progress, review, done—showing real work rather than status updates. Governance features include clear approvals, visible actions, and operating limits, with every run leaving an audit trail. Pricing is usage‑based after a monthly minimum, with no seat limits or tiered plans.
