IPSecuritas

IPSecuritas is a free IPSec client for macOS that enables users to establish secure VPN connections to a wide range of IPSec‑compliant firewalls. It provides a wizard‑driven setup, connection and certificate managers, and profile handling so that different network locations or requirements can be switched easily. The client supports NAT traversal, XAUTH and hybrid authentication, split DNS, IPv6, and automatic configuration modes such as MODE_CFG/Office Mode, allowing seamless operation on public WLANs and mobile networks.

The software includes a menu‑bar item and dashboard widget for hands‑free control, detects network changes to maintain connectivity, and remembers known environments to adjust settings automatically. Multilingual support covers ten languages, and the client can import, export, and protect configuration data for deployment across multiple users.

IPSecuritas interoperates with many commercial and open‑source VPN devices, including products from Cisco, Check Point, Zyxel, SonicWALL, and others, making it suitable for individuals or organizations that need a macOS‑native IPSec solution without cost.
