The platform combines client‑centric IT documentation, ticket management, and financial tools into a single self‑hosted system for small managed service providers. Users can store and organize client assets, contacts, domains, passwords and other documents, while a built‑in ticketing engine handles creation, prioritisation and tracking of support requests. Billing features include quotes, recurring invoices, automated reminders and Stripe integration, alongside a full accounting suite for expenses, payroll and reporting.

A client portal gives customers direct access to their tickets, invoices and stored documents, improving transparency and communication. The solution also offers bulk email capabilities, a password manager with AES encryption, and an API for connecting to remote‑management or CRM tools. Optional AI integrations, such as Ollama, LocalAI or external services, can assist with ticket handling, documentation and text editing.

The software is released under GPL‑3.0, is free to use without subscription, and can be installed on Ubuntu/Debian via an automated script. It is positioned as an open‑source alternative to commercial MSP documentation and billing products.
