Convo runs on the user’s computer and captures audio from Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack and Webex calls, generating real‑time notes, transcriptions and smart suggestions without any external bot joining the meeting. The assistant displays cues, key facts and reply drafts on the screen, while all processing is performed locally and encrypted with AES‑256, ensuring that conversation content never leaves the device and is not used for model training.

After a meeting ends, Convo can automatically produce a summary, extract action items and draft follow‑up emails or calendar events, which can be shared with tools such as Gmail, Slack or ChatGPT. Users may also upload reference material to provide contextual assistance and perform organization‑wide searches of past meeting content.

The product targets fast‑moving teams in sales, recruiting, consulting and customer success who need immediate, private assistance during calls and streamlined post‑call workflows. It supports macOS and Windows and allows selection among different AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for each task.
