Jotform ChatGPT App

The app lets users build, edit, and analyze Jotform surveys directly within a ChatGPT conversation. By issuing a natural‑language prompt, a complete form is generated in seconds, after which additional chat commands can add, remove, reorder, or rewrite fields, adjust settings, and change visual themes without leaving the dialog. Users can also list their existing forms, retrieve submissions, and filter responses by date, status, keywords, or specific field values.

Once submissions are loaded, the AI can summarize the data, highlight trends, and suggest improvements, turning raw responses into actionable insights. The workflow covers the full lifecycle of a form—from creation through visual design to post‑submission analysis—while keeping the user inside the ChatGPT interface.

The tool is aimed at anyone who needs to collect information, such as event organizers, educators, customer‑service teams, or marketers, and who prefers a conversational, no‑code approach to form management. It is currently in an experimental stage.
