Kimis provides a native desktop client for Misskey, a federated micro‑blogging platform, using pure UIKit to deliver a macOS‑focused experience. It connects to any Misskey instance running version 13 or newer, offering a clean, dark‑mode‑compatible interface with smooth table‑view scrolling and an optimized timeline algorithm. Users can edit posts, mute users (which also filters their usernames), and navigate the service on iPhone, iPad, or Mac with platform‑specific adjustments. The client supports English, Japanese, and Chinese languages and includes i18n handling, though multiple‑account management and chat functionality are not currently available. Designed for stable release, Kimis is distributed free of charge through the App Store and operates on macOS 11.0+ and iOS/iPadOS 14.0+.
