Kiwi for Gmail

Kiwi for Gmail is a desktop client for macOS and Windows that runs Gmail and the Google Workspace apps outside of a web browser. It consolidates multiple Gmail and Workspace accounts into a single interface, allowing users to switch between accounts, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides without opening separate tabs or windows. The application adds a focus‑filtered inbox that can be limited to recent messages, important items, unread mail, attachments, or starred messages, and it tracks opened documents so recent can be reopened quickly.

The software presents Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides as native windowed applications, providing a more traditional desktop experience for office work. It also includes a tabbed workspace system for organizing multiple documents and emails, and an AI‑Companion feature that offers assistance within the client. Designed for users who need a more integrated, desktop‑oriented workflow for Gmail and Google Workspace, Kiwi aims to improve productivity by reducing browser‑based friction.
