LiftEngine generates a four‑week training schedule that aligns with a user’s specific objectives, available equipment, and time constraints. By applying a constraint‑based solver, the system filters a database of more than eight hundred exercises to those that match the user’s gear and experience level, then arranges them so each muscle group receives at least two days of recovery and each session fits within the selected duration.

The plan incorporates automatic periodisation, gradually increasing volume over the first three weeks and providing a deload week to support progressive overload while managing fatigue. Users can customise the goal, experience tier, equipment list, and preferred exercises, and the tool will adapt the routine accordingly.

All generation occurs without requiring an account, and the interface allows exercise swaps and adjustments, making the service suitable for beginners as well as more experienced lifters seeking a structured, evidence‑based workout framework.
