LogForMe

LogForMe combines time‑tracking and invoicing in a single interface designed for freelancers. Users create a project, set an hourly rate and tax, then log work by typing, using a stopwatch, or speaking a short description that the app parses into billable entries. All data for in one object, eliminating the need to switch between separate tools or spreadsheets.

When a project’s time frame ends, the accumulated hours are automatically summed, taxes are applied, and a PDF invoice is generated with optional branding. The invoice can be shared via a link, allowing the freelancer to receive payment directly from the platform.

The system emphasizes minimal bureaucracy: tax handling is built into the data model, voice entry shortcuts speed logging, and the workflow follows three clear steps—setup, log, and invoice. The code is available for self‑hosting, and the current version is marked as experimental.
