The service builds a profile of a home’s characteristics—such as grass type, yard size, HVAC system, appliances, and roof age—once during onboarding. It then reads a user’s Google or Apple calendar and location to identify free time blocks and pulls local weather forecasts. Using these inputs it generates a personalized maintenance schedule that aligns tasks like fertilizing, seeding, caulking, painting, filter changes, and gutter cleaning with optimal weather windows and the homeowner’s actual availability.

A rolling supply list is produced for each upcoming task, keeping needed items such as fertilizer, filters, or caulk on hand at least 30 days in advance. The system unifies lawn and indoor home upkeep in a single interface, avoiding separate apps for each domain.

The product targets homeowners who want automated, weather‑aware planning without manually tracking checklists, aiming to reduce missed or mistimed maintenance by syncing with existing calendars and providing ready‑to‑use shopping lists.
