MedIQGPT is a web‑based service that stores personal medical documents and makes them searchable with natural‑language queries. Users can drag and drop PDFs, images, or DOCX files such as lab reports, prescriptions, imaging studies, and consultation notes; the system automatically categorises each file by type and date and encrypts the data with AES‑256 at rest and TLS in transit.

The platform includes an AI chat interface that answers plain‑English questions about a user’s health history, extracts key values from test results, and highlights trends or suggested follow‑ups. It also supports email ingestion, parsing forwarded medical messages into the record library, and provides batch‑export functionality for insurance claims or specialist referrals.

Family profiles allow up to six members to maintain separate records with granular access controls, and view‑only sharing can be granted to doctors. All data remains under the user’s control, with no selling of information. The service offers a free tier and optional paid plans, emphasizing simple, transparent pricing.
