Onform lets users generate and manage web forms through natural‑language interaction with Claude or any MCP‑compatible AI. By describing a form in chat, the AI creates the fields, validation logic and publishing settings, eliminating the need for a graphical UI. The service supports both cloud hosting and a one‑command Docker deployment for self‑hosting, giving users full control over data storage and privacy.

The platform offers conversational forms that present one question at a time, along with a traditional all‑at‑once layout. It includes thirteen field types, conditional show/hide logic, and a drag‑and‑drop builder for manual adjustments. Responses are stored without per‑submission fees, and unlimited forms, fields and submissions are available on paid plans.

Integrations are handled through webhooks, Google Sheets sync, and compatibility with automation tools such as Zapier or n8n, allowing data to be routed to existing workflows.
