Pacifist is a macOS utility that opens and extracts contents from a broad range of package formats, disk images, and archive types. It supports macOS .pkg installer packages, .dmg disk images, asset catalogs, classic Mac OS 9 installer Tome files, as well as common archives such as .zip, .tar, .tar.gz, .tar.bz2, .xar, and .yaa.
