PARCELA provides a web‑based search interface for Spain’s official cadastral registry, allowing users to locate buildings, parcels and land plots across the country. The service returns key attributes such as surface area, year of construction, address and cadastral value for each record. Results can be filtered by province, municipality, category (residential, industrial, commercial, offices, agriculture, public services), and various numeric criteria including size and construction dates.

The platform presents data both on a map view and as a sortable list, with options to download the selected records in CSV format. Users authenticate by requesting a login link sent to their email, eliminating the need for a password. An optional “PRO” mode offers additional filtering capabilities.
