Pixel Auditor

The extension monitors tracking pixels, personal‑information leaks, and consent‑mode behavior in Chrome. It hooks into the JavaScript environment, observes network traffic, parses cookies and reads the DOM to detect tags from Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft and other vendors, including server‑side fires classified by hostname.

It adds a suite of diagnostics: real‑time tag detection, a PII leak detector that flags raw emails, phone numbers and dozens of named fields, a consent‑mode classifier that reads gcs parameters, and a simulator that can inject grant or deny signals and replay the resulting fires. Additional tools report tag latency, provide a live event stream, allow regex‑based event searching, and enable pause/resume recording, health scoring and snapshot diffing.

The UI offers light and dark themes, a data‑layer inspector, multi‑watch views per site or globally, and exportable audit reports. The extension is positioned for marketers and developers who need to audit and troubleshoot tracking implementations directly in the browser.
