PopTask v2.0 is a menu‑bar task manager for macOS that lets users create to‑do items by typing or dictating plain‑English commands. The app parses the input with a four‑stage NLP pipeline—tokenizer, date resolver, title cleaner, and AI fallback—then presents a live preview of the extracted title, date, time and recurrence for quick confirmation. It supports on‑device voice capture, Siri integration, and a focus mode that returns the user to their previous work after scheduling a task.

The software synchronizes tasks bidirectionally with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and the macOS Reminders app, keeping schedules consistent across services. A smart suggestion engine provides accurate parsing, reported at 86.3 % task accuracy, while the nine‑language input engine handles dates, times, slang and abbreviations in English, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Urdu and Hindi.
