Portara replaces the browser’s default new‑tab page with a customizable “glass” dashboard that can also be kept open as a dedicated home tab. The interface presents modular cards showing live weather, clocks, bookmarks, stocks, RSS feeds, sticky notes, tasks and a daily quote, all styled with an aesthetic‑first design. Users can install the Chrome extension to have the dashboard appear automatically on every new tab, or pin it as a persistent hub for all‑day browsing.
