PPDuck

PPDuck combines several top open‑source image compression algorithms into a single Mac‑only application. It examines each image’s characteristics and automatically selects the most suitable parameters, allowing users to drag files or entire folders into the interface for batch processing. The tool supports WebP, PNG, JPG, and GIF formats and aims to balance quality, file size, and speed.

The software is intended for developers, web designers, online store owners, photographers, and content editors who need to reduce image dimensions without noticeable loss of visual fidelity. By compressing assets before deployment or publication, it helps lower bandwidth consumption, speed up website loading, and free disk space.
