Users can create and maintain a record of processing activities as required by Article 30, including legal bases, data categories, recipients, and retention periods. It also supports the documentation of processing carried out on behalf of third parties, keeping those records separate for clarity.

In addition to activity logs, the tool allows the administration of data processing systems, linking each system to its associated processing activities, providers, and technical or organizational measures (TOMs). Information obligations under Articles 13 and 14 can be recorded, with automatic revision tracking and relationship mapping to other documents.
