Riftcut provides a set of file‑processing utilities that run entirely inside the user’s web browser. It includes an AI‑powered background remover for images, a multi‑format converter that can turn images, Word documents and other supported types into PDF, and tools for merging PDFs and images into a single document. A visual editor lets users place and resize images on PDF pages before downloading the result.

All operations are performed client‑side, so no files are uploaded to a server and no account or sign‑up is required. The toolkit works offline once the page is loaded, and it imposes no watermarks, file limits, or usage caps.
