StyleKit

StyleKit is a Chrome extension and CLI tool that analyzes a webpage and extracts its visual design tokens—colors, fonts, spacing, border radii, shadows, and related values—in a single click. The extracted data is formatted as a DESIGN.md file that is compatible with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Gemini, and others, allowing developers to feed a complete design system directly to these tools.

The extension works on any website without requiring an account, and the generated DESIGN.md can be exported in multiple framework‑specific formats, including Tailwind configuration, Bootstrap variables, plain CSS custom properties, and SCSS. A command‑line interface enables scripted retrieval of design systems for integration into any project workflow.

StyleKit also includes a library of pre‑built design skill templates from popular products and a private team registry for sharing custom design systems within an organization, streamlining the process of replicating and reusing web designs across development environments.
