Trackables

Trackables provides a single self‑hosted platform for gathering and reviewing structured data from web forms, API‑driven usage events, and AI‑enhanced analyses. Users define a “trackable item” with a title, description, and custom fields such as ratings, booleans, or free‑text, then share a public link for manual submissions or send events programmatically via a secure API key without needing an SDK. All incoming data is stored in a unified dashboard that displays submission trends, event counts, and a rolling seven‑day activity chart.

The system includes built‑in integrations with AI assistants compatible with the MCP protocol, allowing users to query the collected data, perform intelligent log searches, and generate automated summaries or sentiment analyses. Role‑based access control lets teams organize items into separate workspaces and collaborate on data review.

Trackables is released under a permissive open‑source license and can be deployed quickly on personal infrastructure using Docker Compose, offering a flexible alternative to piecing together separate survey, feedback, and analytics tools.
