ZenX

Your Twitter feed, finally peaceful

Visit

The extension processes each X (Twitter) post in the browser and automatically hides content that matches a built‑in list of over 200 keywords grouped into five categories—political content, racism and hate, religious debates, war and conflict, and controversial topics. Users can also add custom keywords, and the filter can be toggled per category, allowing granular control over which kinds of posts are concealed. Hidden tweets are collapsed but can be revealed with a single click, and a live counter shows how many items have been filtered in real time.

All analysis occurs locally; no data is sent to external servers, and the extension requires no account or configuration beyond selecting the desired filters. Installation is a one‑click process that activates the filter instantly, typically within seconds of loading the extension.

The project is open source and currently in an experimental stage, targeting users who want a calmer, less contentious timeline on X without sacrificing the ability to view filtered content on demand.
