ZEsarUX is a multi‑system emulator that runs on UNIX‑like operating systems and Windows, supporting a wide range of Sinclair computers, ZX Spectrum variants, and many other 8‑ and 16‑bit machines such as the MK14, ZX80, ZX81, QL, Z88, Microdigital TK series, Czerweny CZ models, Timex Sinclair, Sam Coupe, Pentagon, Chloe, Chrome, Prism, ZX‑Uno, ZX‑Evolution, Spectrum Next, Jupiter Ace, Amstrad CPC and PCW, MSX1, Spectravideo, ColecoVision, Sega SG‑1000 and Master System. It reproduces detailed hardware behavior, including undocumented Z80 flags, idle‑bus ports, contended memory, ULA timing, and specific CPU architectures like the Motorola 68008 and SC/MP. The emulator offers near‑perfect timing for Spectrum models and supports extended colour palettes such as ULAplus.
