The web application provides a complete management suite for Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), Agriculture Contractuelle de Proximité (ACP) and Solawi groups. It handles member records, subscription details, delivery schedules, drop‑off locations, and basket composition, including harvest‑based quantity calculations and price monitoring. An integrated online store lets members order additional products, while bidding rounds support solidarity‑based pricing.
Financial workflows are automated: invoices are generated with QR‑code references, sent via email, and payments can be imported from bank accounts using EBICS. The system also issues overdue notices, manages renewal requests, and supports multi‑language newsletters.
Built on Ruby on Rails with a multi‑tenant architecture, each tenant uses an isolated SQLite database and asynchronous jobs via SolidQueue. The software is self‑hostable, open source under the MIT‑compatible O’Saasy license, and is used by more than thirty organizations in Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands, processing over 140 000 basket deliveries annually.
