CloudPouch
AWS cloud FinOps tool
CloudPouch is a desktop application that connects directly to a user’s AWS accounts and retrieves billing information for local analysis. It presents service‑level costs, usage‑type details, and regional breakdowns, allowing users to drill down through the data without leaving the app. The tool works with the AWS profiles already stored on the computer, so no additional services or agents are required.
The software targets AWS developers, architects, site reliability engineers, and managers who need to monitor and control cloud spend across one or many accounts. It supports multiple accounts, AWS SSO, and provides filters and sorting to focus on specific services or regions, helping users identify cost drivers and potential savings.
Because all processing occurs on the client machine, no billing data is transmitted to external servers, preserving privacy. CloudPouch runs on macOS, Linux, and Windows, and is distributed under a license model that includes a free trial period.
