CoAgentor adds AI‑driven participants to live video calls, currently supporting Google Meet and other platforms such as Teams and Zoom. The agents join a meeting as a regular participant, listen to the conversation, and can raise a virtual hand before speaking with a configurable synthetic voice. They answer questions, surface relevant data, and help keep discussions focused, operating in either a hand‑raise mode that requires user approval or a silent mode that delivers insights to chat or dashboard channels.

Users configure each agent by assigning a name, role, and a set of directives that determine when and how it should respond. Data sources can be linked directly, including Google Drive, Notion, GitHub, HubSpot, Confluence, Google Sheets, Jira, calendars, Slack, Teams, or file uploads, allowing the agent to pull live information and answer queries in real time. The setup process is described as a three‑step workflow—click, connect, invite—requiring no code or technical expertise.
