The tool lets users select foreground and background colors via an eye‑dropper or by entering values in HEX, RGB, HSV, or HSL, then calculates the contrast ratio and reports compliance with WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 at Levels A, AA, and AAA. Adjustable sliders enable quick tweaking of either color, while alpha transparency is supported for foregrounds. Results can be copied in short or long formats for inclusion in reports, and preferences allow custom shortcuts and display themes.

It also includes a color‑blindness simulator that shows how the chosen colors appear under eight different vision‑deficiency settings, helping designers verify readability for users with low vision or color‑blindness. A sample preview displays example text and icons to illustrate the contrast in context.
