DeployProof lets freelance web developers and small agencies capture visual evidence of each delivery step. Users upload screenshots, PDFs, Loom videos, or other assets, then send a share‑able link to the client for approval. The client signs off without needing a login, and every iteration is recorded in a revision history.

When an approval is received, DeployProof generates a tamper‑evident PDF that includes timestamps, the client’s IP address, and a cryptographic hash. The PDF can be exported and serves as a documented audit trail, proving what was delivered and accepted. An optional confidential mode hides project details from support staff for NDA‑protected work.

The workflow is designed to prevent scope‑creep disputes by providing a signed, immutable record of scope, deliverables, and client consent before work begins and after each change. Data are encrypted at rest and in transit, and the service aligns with GDPR requirements.
