FlyEnv

FlyEnv provides a native, lightweight toolbox for local development with PHP, Node.js, Python, Go and Java, replacing Docker, XAMPP and NVM. It runs the language runtimes and services such as Nginx and MySQL as static binaries, starting in milliseconds and using substantially less RAM than container‑based solutions. The manager detects project configuration and switches between multiple versions of PHP (5.6‑8.4) and Node.js instantly, offering per‑project isolation without manual environment edits.

The suite includes utilities aimed at professional developers: an integrated PHP obfuscator, automatic SSL certificate generation, Mailpit for email testing, and Cloudflare tunneling for exposing local sites. A built‑in DNS server handles custom domains and provides zero‑config HTTPS, while a multi‑version database manager supports different MySQL instances.

A distinctive feature is the offline AI agent integration, which bundles Ollama and supports models such as Qwen 3.5, Gemma 3 and GLM‑5. This enables private, low‑latency AI workloads directly on the developer’s machine without external API calls.
