GridTracker2
Warehouse of amateur radio information presented in an easy to use interface
GridTracker serves as a centralized repository for amateur‑radio data, presenting live traffic decodes, logbook entries, spot reports, weather, solar conditions and related information in a single, easy‑to‑navigate interface. It reads data from WSJT‑X and ADIF log files, then visualizes contacts on an interactive map that can be customized with overlays such as greyline, moon position, award tracking and reception reports. Users can click map elements to retrieve detailed state, grid and county data, and the application offers searchable callsign lookup against popular databases.
The program includes a “Call Roster” table view of live activity, configurable alerts, and one‑click initiation of QSOs, making it useful for award hunters, special‑event participants and operators who need real‑time situational awareness. It integrates with a variety of logging programs and web services, allowing users to monitor award progress up to the minute. An offline mode provides full functionality for field‑day, POTA, SOTA, IOTA or mobile operations.
Designed for macOS and released as a stable product, GridTracker continues to be actively developed, with source code available on GitLab for community contributions.
