Iris Studio provides a desktop environment where AI‑generated video, image, and audio assets can be created, organized, and edited without leaving a single workspace. Users work on an infinite canvas that supports drag‑and‑drop placement of media, live camera capture, and embedded web previews, while prompts are entered directly on the board and processed by a range of top‑tier generative models such as Veo, Kling, Flux, and Higgsfield.

The application includes tools for managing prompts and assets, including a snippet manager for reusable prompt blocks, collections, tags, and a built‑in image search that pulls reference material from the web. Spatial organization features like marquee selection, grid snapping, auto‑tidy layout, and a minimap help maintain a clear visual layout across multiple moodboards.

For post‑generation work, Iris Studio offers a multi‑track timeline with animation presets, native text and fonts, audio waveforms, and precise editing controls. Export is handled through FFmpeg, and assets can be moved between boards while preserving metadata, styling, and positions. The software runs on Apple Silicon, Intel Macs, and Windows (beta), keeping all data local.
