iSimulator
Utility to control and manage the Simulator
iSimulator provides a graphical interface for managing Apple platform simulators on macOS. It lists all available iOS, watchOS, tvOS simulators and any paired watches, allowing users to create, erase, delete, start, and shut down simulators, with the ability to run several simultaneously. The tool also offers controls for applications installed on a simulator, showing each app’s bundle and sandbox folder, and enabling launch, termination, uninstall, and sharing of an app to another simulator without rebuilding.
The utility automatically refreshes its view when simulators or applications are added or removed, ensuring the displayed information stays current. It relies on Xcode command‑line tools and requires macOS 10.15 or later together with Xcode 12.0 or newer. Users can adjust the active developer directory via the command line or Xcode preferences if a simulator is not detected.
iSimulator is distributed as a downloadable zip archive and is released under the MIT license, allowing free use and modification.
