A distinctive feature is “Character Gestures,” which recognizes drawn English letters or simple directional patterns anywhere on the trackpad, eliminating the need for a preliminary “listening” gesture or modifier keys. This enables rapid command invocation with a single hand, aiming to reduce the number of steps compared with other gesture solutions.
