KubeContext

KubeContext is a macOS menu‑bar utility that provides a graphical interface for working with Kubernetes contexts defined in kubeconfig files. It displays the current context name directly in the menu bar and lets users switch between contexts with a single click, as well as rename contexts, set namespaces, and assign colors for visual identification.

The app supports importing additional kubeconfig files and exporting the current configuration, enabling users to consolidate or share context definitions without manually editing files. Its UI offers straightforward controls for managing context attributes, reducing the need for command‑line operations.

KubeContext can be obtained from the Mac App Store, via Homebrew Cask, or by downloading releases from the project’s repository. The App Store version includes in‑app purchases for extra features, while the Homebrew and direct download options provide all functionality without charge.
