MacStroke
Configurable global mouse gestures
It lets users define mouse gestures that work system‑wide on macOS. A gesture is performed by holding a specific mouse button while moving the cursor; when the pattern matches a configured entry, the program triggers an associated action. Supported actions include sending keystrokes, running shell commands, or executing AppleScript scripts.
The interface is designed to be intuitive and highly configurable, offering advanced options for fine‑tuning gesture detection and action mapping. Users can reset to default settings or clear old preference files if incompatibilities cause crashes after updates. macOS 10.14 and later require the application to be granted accessibility permission in System Settings.
Installation is available via Homebrew Cask or direct download from the project’s release page. The software is targeted at macOS users who want to streamline workflows by assigning custom mouse gestures to frequent commands or scripts.
