Maestro

AI agent command center

Visit

Maestro is a macOS desktop application that lets users orchestrate multiple AI coding agents, allowing them to run autonomously on complex tasks for extended periods. It provides a unified interface for launching, monitoring, and managing agents, with features such as auto‑run playbooks, session discovery, and a keyboard‑first design that supports customizable shortcuts and a command palette.

The tool supports parallel execution of unlimited instances of Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode, each with its own workspace, history, and task memory. Integrated Git and worktree handling enables automatic repository detection, branch visualization, diff viewing, and isolated branch runs. Users can also interact with agents via a built‑in web server accessed through QR codes, a full command‑line interface for headless operation, and a group chat that lets multiple agents share a conversation and build on each other’s responses.

Additional capabilities include a “Symphony” feature that lets contributors donate CPU time and tokens to have agents work on open‑source issues, as well as leaderboards tracking cumulative autonomous execution time. Maestro targets developers and technical teams who need to automate coding workflows, run long‑duration AI processes, and coordinate several agents across local and remote environments.
