Minform lets users create forms and quizzes through a conversational interface powered by AI. By describing the desired questionnaire, uploading a PDF, or pasting content, the system generates a ready‑to‑share form or quiz with appropriate questions, scoring, and conditional logic. The editor resembles a Notion‑style text area where slash commands insert inputs such as short or long text, multiple‑choice lists, payment fields via Stripe, file uploads, and date pickers without leaving the keyboard.

The platform supports customization of branding, including themes, fonts, colors, and logos, and can be hosted on a user’s own domain. Forms can be embedded as iframes, displayed fullscreen, or shared via simple links. Integrated features include scoring, routing based on answers, and the ability to add payment collection directly within the form.

Responses can be routed to external services such as Google Sheets, webhooks, or Zapier, enabling further automation and analytics.
